We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer with 4–6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python programming,
hands-on experience in building scalable applications, and familiarity with modern
frameworks and tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop,
and maintain high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code.
- Work on backend systems, APIs, and integration with databases and external
services. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver
scalable solutions. - Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following best practices.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and upgrade existing software systems.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Python development.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
- Proficiency with web frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).
- Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
- Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL,
MongoDB). - Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
- Experience with unit testing & debugging.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Good to Have :
- Experience with asynchronous programming (AsyncIO, Celery, etc.).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (React/Angular/Vue) for integration purposes.
- Exposure to data processing frameworks (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Spark).
