We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT/software projects, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and other project management platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Track project progress using JIRA and other relevant tools, ensuring transparency.
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation plans.
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Facilitate meetings, stand-ups, and sprint reviews with team members.
- Maintain clear communication between clients, teams, and leadership.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in IT/software development.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Nice to Have:
- Certification in PMP, CSM, or Agile methodologies.
- Experience working with distributed/global teams.
