We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer with around 4 years of experience in software testing. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have strong analytical skills, and ensure high-quality product delivery through effective testing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for functional, regression, and integration
- Perform manual and automated testing to validate application performance and
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to ensure requirement
- Identify, log, and track defects/bugs using standard bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, Cypress, or similar.
- Perform API testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured.
- Write and execute SQL queries for backend data
- Work within an Agile/Scrum environment, actively participating in sprint planning and
- Contribute to process improvements and QA best
Required Skills s Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related
- 4 years of hands-on experience in software quality
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
- Experience with both manual and automation testing.
- Good understanding of API testing, automation tools, and SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Knowledge of cloud-based testing environments (AWS, Azure).
- ISTQB or equivalent
