The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation along with proven experience in handling client interactions, sales processes, and solution demonstrations. You will play a key role in connecting technical solutions with customer requirements, ensuring business growth and customer satisfaction.
This role involves on-the-road sales activities, including client visits for meetings, demonstrations, and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand business needs and propose appropriate technical solutions.
- Conduct effective product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and technical solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring long-term business partnerships.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Provide post-sales technical support and customer training when required.
- Travel to client sites for product demonstrations, consultations, and support.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or related customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical proficiency with the ability to explain product specifications and solutions clearly.
- Demonstrated experience in client engagement, lead management, and negotiation.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and demos.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Prior exposure to healthcare, biomedical, or life sciences domain.
- Experience with CRM tools, sales pipeline management, and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
- Experience in conducting workshops, training, or product onboarding sessions.
