We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 3.5 years of proven
experience in crafting user-centric web and mobile interfaces. The ideal candidate will be proficient in leading design tools and demonstrate advanced knowledge in UX principles, wireframing, prototyping, and creating impactful visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to design intuitive, user-friendly, and engaging interfaces.
- Create and refine wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
- Deliver high-quality visual designs with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, ensuring a polished and modern look.
- Develop motion graphics and promotional materials using Adobe After
- Conduct user research, A/B testing, and usability studies to validate and improve design
- Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and consistent across platforms and
- Maintain, enhance, and document design systems for scalable and cohesive user
- Collaborate on brand strategy and visual identity initiatives, ensuring alignment with company standards.
Tools & Skills:
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects
- Strong expertise in UI/UX design, wireframing, prototyping, and user research
- Solid understanding of responsive design, interaction design, and information architecture
- Knowledge of branding principles and digital marketing concepts
- Experience in maintaining design systems and accessibility standards
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Design, Visual Communication, HCI, or a related field
- A strong portfolio showcasing diverse UI/UX projects with measurable impact
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of design accessibility, usability standards, and best practices
