Experience: 2-4 Years
We are seeking a skilled Backend Development Engineer with strong expertise in
Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Gradle, JOOQ, PostgreSQL, and REST APIs. The ideal
candidate should have a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
principles and SOLID design principles, with hands-on experience in building scalable,
high-performance backend systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems,
ensuring high availability and performance. - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Implement Test-Driven Development (TDD) to ensure reliability and expected
behavior of software. - Design and develop RESTful and real-time APIs for integration with other
services. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver robust
backend solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework (or similar
frameworks). - Hands-on experience with Gradle or similar build tools.
- Proficiency with JOOQ (or similar SQL-centric query DSL and code generation
tools). - Solid understanding of PostgreSQL or any RDBMS for backend database
management. - Familiarity with Continuous Integration (CI) practices.
- Strong understanding of OOP paradigms and SOLID principles.
- Experience in building and maintaining scalable web applications.
- Experience developing RESTful and real-time APIs.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and developing backend and distributed
systems.
