We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Business Development Executive to join our team in Coimbatore. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who are passionate about sales, marketing, and client engagement. You will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, supporting client interactions, and learning the end-to-end sales process in the IT/software domain. (Experience or interest in Healthcare, ERP, or CRM solutions will be an added advantage.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and generating new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking.
- Support in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Understand client needs and coordinate with the sales/technical teams to propose suitable solutions.
- Participate in product demos, presentations, and client meetings.
- Help prepare proposals, quotations, and marketing materials.
- Maintain and update lead and client data in CRM tools.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles (internship experience also accepted).
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in IT/software solutions such as Healthcare, ERP, or CRM systems.
- Knowledge of MS Office and online research tools (CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator will be a plus).
- Willingness to travel or attend client meetings as required.
