Job Title: QA Automation Engineer
Experience: 4–6 Years
Location: Coimbatore
We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer with 4–6 years of experience to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in automation frameworks, test scripting, and execution. Experience with Playwright is highly preferred, and knowledge of TypeScript will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to ensure product quality.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects to closure.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of automation frameworks and processes.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables in agile development cycles.
Required Skills :
- 4–6 years of experience in QA Automation.
- Strong knowledge of Playwright (preferred) or other automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, etc.).
- Proficiency in programming languages like Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Knowledge of TypeScript is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured, etc.).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar).
- Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Good to Have :
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, Locust).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Exposure to version control systems (Git).
